Supplements (In order of priority)

1. Healthy, high protein diet. All said and done you should get 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight each day, just enough carbs to stay out of ketosis, and your fruits & veggies. Drink water and juice. Here's a spreadsheet to determine your nutritional requirements.

2. Casein protein before bed, everyday.

3. Whey or a mixed protein after your workout.

4. Creatine Monohydrate. 5g a day mixed with your protein or pre workout. If your pwo has creatine then skip it on training days.

5. Beta Alanine (as a PWO). Amino Energy is a healthy pwo, has caffeine, amino acids and NO boosters too. I would go for Cellucor C4 if I wanted something more potent.

6. A good, key word good, multivitamin (take 1/2 or 1/3 of a serving a day).

7. Fish oil, a cap or two a day.
